Phase III

Heal the Heart - Creating an Open, Connected and Loving World™ Phase III facilitates stakeholders sharing the responsibility to collect and organize the new knowledge that emerges from Phase I and II.
Such knowledge is then injected into a fluid, networking environment that connects education stakeholders around proven effective innovative tools and strategies.
A the end of the initial year a new group of teachers and college students join the process
as the teachers from the initial group serve as facilitators in train-the-trainer sessions.
College students continue to participate as after school program facilitators.
Other stakeholders also collaborate in the creation of a sustainable, flexible and adaptable inter-institutional operational and programmatic infrastructure. Such infrastructure nurtures long-term dialogue, communications and dissemination of the effective system-wide practices that evolve from the Laboratory process.
